Animated Short: ‘Jazzin’
6, Jul 2011In this animated short from Gobelins titled ‘Jazzin’, a jazz fan gets carried away by the music somewhere in the United States during the 1930′s. When the guy is dancing in the streets, you’ll notice similarities to Gene Kelly’s moves in ‘Singing in the Rain’.

Bodi Bill – ‘Brand New Carpet’ Music Video
25, Mar 2011Spoon covered robes, finely sliced faces, and car wash flop cloth head pieces pepper this interesting music video from unique-sounding Berlin based group Bodi Bill titled ‘Brand New Carpet’. The track is off their newly released album “What?”.
The three of Bodi Bill grew up in the Berlin underground scene.

Here is the stop-motion animated music video for the first single from DeVotchKa’s new album 100 Lovers (released March 1, 2011) titled “100 Other Lovers”. We’re not quite sure about the song just yet, but the video is beautiful.
