Artist and activist Patricia Obletz, from Buffalo, Manhattan, Chicago, now Milwaukee, studied life drawing and painting at Parsons School of Design and at the National Fine Art Academy at Art Students League from 1965-68, where she studied with Vaclav Vytlacil in 1972.
