Artist Russ Mills was born in Devon, U.K. and graduated from Leeds Met University in 1995 after completing a BA in Graphic Art and Design, specialising in Experimental Film and Animation. After working in various non-creative institutions Mills went back to basics and began work with pen, pencil and computer.

Photographer Philippe Vogelenzang studied art history for two years Art history, then applied for the photography department of The Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. Umbra, a short animated film directed by Malcolm Sutherland, depicts an explorer adventures into an unknown world, yet it seems that he has been there before. Music by Alison Melville and Ben Grossman, with sound by Leon Lo. What a beautifully animated film!
