The Statens Museum for Kunst, Danish Art Centre (Denmark), has invited Bob Dylan to exhibit his new collection of more than 40 canvas inspired by Brazil, from September 4 to January 30, 2011.

The Brazil Series
The paintings in The Brazil Series Dylan has created specially for the exhibition at Statens Museum for Kunst, and thus it is the first time they see the public light.

The series consists of approx. 40 acrylic paintings with Brazilian motifs, which therefore have the common title The Brazil Series. According to Dylan himself reflects precisely this exhibition his efforts as a visual artist who in recent years has intensified.
The motifs in Brazil The Series is taken from widely different Brazilian environments. Common to them is that they take based on the visible reality and often contains a narrative with a clearly readable action.

FASHION LABEL ‘ROMANCE WAS BORN’ AND KATE ROHDE’S RENAISSANCE DINOSAUR INSTALLATION

The trio of fashion label Romance Was Born (Anna Plunkett and Luke Sales) and Kate Rohde together, have infused art and fashion to create a surprising installation, consisting of sculpture, wallpaper, clothing, and other various objects, on show for one month at Karen Woodbury Gallery.
