The InterContinental Hotels Group PLC is on its way to double its strength in the city with over 600 hotels. Their first in the initiative is a $500 million hotel comprising of 600-room at the Times Square area.
The InterContinental Hotel Central Park South
The hotel has been made in partnership with Tishman Hotel & Realty LP. The interiors have been designed by Jeffrey Beers International. The hotel lobby comprises of an outdoor garden, and the in-house amenities include oversized showers and computer facilities. The hotel will also be home to a 130-seat French restaurant by Chef Todd English.
And it cost a half a million a night. Just kidding. What I want to know is why we don’t spend this kind of money on helping the homeless?
